Calciner
Our calcination system is multi-stage, vertical equipment designed for maximum heat transfer to fine downward material minimizing exhaust energy loss in first place and minimum power consumption.
Our priority is to minimize power consumption with ease of operation, negligible maintenance, low emissions and durability.
Key features:
- Hot air from TAD enters into our Calciner tangentially creating swirl path for super mixing as well as more retention time.
- At top, our Calcimix again make the entry tangential to avoid any straight flow and maximizing calcination process.
- Low NOx emissions, low CO emissions as hydro carbons are burnt efficiently.
- Our calcination system is designed with zero or negligible moving parts to avoid any operational eventual wear and tear to minimize maintenance.
- Our system is customisable configuration to flexible fuel usage and work efficiently with Alternate Fuel feeding system.
Cyclones& Dip Tube
